How to access the meeting – (Zoom)

Please email secretary@thegreenbackyard.com in order to register to attend the AGM.

You will be provided with joining details and a link to set up registration in preparation for the meeting. It is advisable to do this ahead of the meeting. Zoom is available for free on laptop or phone.

For those who are unsure or unfamiliar about using Zoom we will offer a practice meeting for them to familiarise themselves with the technology.

Once registered for the meeting you will also be provided with guidance on the voting process. Please note that we require all attendees to be visible on screen (camera on) for voting to be valid.
