Online: Resilience for Volunteers

“This course is an invitation for volunteers and activists to come together to explore how to sustain themselves and each other in their work. Led by a counsellor and psychological therapist, Lynne Booker, we will explore themes of personal and organisational resilience, burn out, stress, communication, and how we can balance our needs as individuals with our passion for creating positive social change in our communities.”
